Description
The Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a passionate and creative Sous Chef. We are part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, offering a unique blend of independent character with the support and standards of a major global brand. ` Job Overview: Responsible for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. What You'll Do Working with the Food and Beverage team, the Sous Chef will assist with the culinary operation, take a hands-on approach to preparing delicious food, and inspire the team to create memorable moments.
