Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) has an opportunity for a Regional Medical Director of Perinatal Care/Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan, and NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Under the Chairperson of the Department, the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist will lead our dynamic perinatal/high-risk obstetrics teams at Harlem,Lincoln,and Metropolitan facilities. The Specialist will provide high quality,evidence-based, patient-centered care for pregnant individuals with complex medical,surgical,and obstetric conditions. This position will also include responsibilities in education and teaching, hospital and system wide quality initiatives, and administrative leadership of the outpatient antepartum service. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment that includes general obstetrics, midwifery, neonatology, anesthesiology, social work, and care coordination teams aligned to improve perinatal outcomes, advance maternal healthequity,and promote patient satisfaction. Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $495,400* based on 40-hour work week and required 17 weeks of embedded night/weekend call and other coverage. Any additional night/weekend call performed over the 17 weeks required for the position will be paid at a rate of $25 per hour. Annualized Stipend - $50,000 to fulfill Regional Director job responsibilities as outlined in the job description. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $621,400**,which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:
