As a Lead Producer on teamLFG, you will be responsible for a group of teams creating a major portion of a brand new IP at PlayStation. Through collaboration with other product leaders, the Lead Producer is responsible for creation of thorough production plans for their area and execution against those plans in a sustainable way, including updating and altering the plans as needed. The Lead Producer aides the Executive Producer in ensuring that the team follows production best practices and handles management and career growth of the producers on their team. This is a process and people driven role that requires a strong focus on establishing and maintaining efficient lines of communication. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and empathetic organizer of people and process who embodies a service mindset.
