Job Summary:
This position will be located in the Human Resources Office in the School of Veterinary Medicine. Responsibilities include assistance with job recruitment life cycle tasks for the teaching hospital and four academic departments, coordination of HR related functions for the Dean's office administration, J-1 VISA processing, and assistance with training related activities. The responsibilities of the position may change based on campus or school initiatives and/or operational needs. This position will report to April Schulz, HR Manager. Key Job Responsibilities:
Assistance with training development, coordination, and delivery. 5%
Coordination and management of J-1 VISA application process 15%
Dean's Office Administration, Human Resources Office Compensation:Based on experience and qualifications Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years experience assisting or coordinating recruitment and hiring tasks. Preferred Qualifications:Experience utilizing Workday for HR related tasks. Experience coordinating J-1 VISA application process.
