We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our client's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling their world-class engineering and operational teams, directly shaping the future of autonomous systems. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, engaging, and securing the brightest minds across critical hardware-focused areas, from advanced engineering to manufacturing, playing a direct role in bringing innovative products to life.

**What you will do:**

* Own the full-cycle recruiting process, emphasizing strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy.

* Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit for various critical roles.

* Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership.

* Manage the offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams to secure top talent.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree combined with 8 to 10 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry, covering sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

* Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.

* Strong tech and industry knowledge, with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the sector.

* Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication across all levels of the organization.

* Proficiency in sourcing with professional networking platforms as well as alternative techniques.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A keen interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.

* Expertise in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.

* Experience working for a recruiting agency.

* Proven experience managing complex technical roles.
