THE ROLE: The Occupational Health Program Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive occupational health programs that align with organizational objectives. This role involves overseeing programs related to workplace injury and illness prevention, workers' compensation, OSHA recordkeeping, medical accommodation, ergonomics, emergency response, infectious disease prevention and medical surveillance. The role requires working onsite at a designated AMD location, minimum 3 days and potentially 5 days per week, with the ability to travel 10 percent of the time. THE PERSON: The successful candidate will have significant case management experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases effectively. This will be essential for a successful candidate. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and be a strategic thinker as well as highly tactical, with the ability to work independently to complete short-term and long-term operational tasks and objectives. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Occupational Health, Public Health, or a related discipline. (Master's degree preferred).
