Minimum Qualifications (1) Four (4) years of full-time, satisfactory experience in civil engineering work; and Preferred Skills Professional civil engineering education and technical review skills, electronic file, Excel and Access database management, along with excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, are important components of the work of the position.
