A Brief Overview

* Providing general administrative and clinical duties, communication using verbal, electronic, and written techniques to support the operations of the assigned area.

* Facilitates tumor board meetings to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.

* Serves as a central point of communication between clinical teams, ensuring that patient cases are thoroughly prepared, accurately presented, and followed through with timely care coordination and patient communication.

* Assists with patient flow, clinical documentation, care coordination, and administrative tasks in clinic to ensure a high standard of patient-centered care.

* Initiates and maintains positive relationships with coworkers across the systems while being a team player.

* Directly involved with sponsored and non-sponsored research trials related to various aspects of Dermatology

* Assists with collecting and analyzing research data

* Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.

* Provides coordination of care for patients

* Facilitates communication and efficient unit operations professionally. Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values.

* Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
