The Building People has a position for a Meeting Registrar/Administrative Support Specialist to assist with event logistics for a federal agency. The successful candidate will be highly organized with attention to detail and demonstrated success multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.

Required Experience & Skills

* At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in providing logistical support
* Ability to perform administrative duties such as preparing quality documents, reports and slides and coordinating briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendance and minutes
* Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in preparing, editing and finalizing correspondence, documents and briefings
* Must have experience in document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filing
* Ability to manage time and events effectively

Preferred Experience & Skills

* Experience with events or meeting logistics support preferred

Required Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required

*Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
