CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Facilities Operations Specialist to join our Operations & Facilities Team in Albany, NY. In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing day-to-day operations across our office portfolio-supporting vendors, overseeing budgets and tracking systems, and contributing to high-impact initiatives that enhance how our workplace functions and evolves. What You'll Do:
Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate activities, including lease reviews, office buildouts, renovations, and budget tracking

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
