The Senior Specialist Online Learning will develop, design, and implement effective digital learning solutions. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Learning-BMCHS' Learning Management System (LMS). As a member of the Organizational Development and Effectiveness team, this role will ensure the organization has the appropriate technical solutions to deploy critical learning and development programs such as training compliance, performance management, and new employee orientation. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong customer service skills to support end-users across the health system.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the design, development, and implementation of eLearning courses. Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Synthesia. Compensation Range: $62,500.00- $91,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
