Our Cambria Hotel Burbank is currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to serve as General Manager and lead the property to brand standards and Owner expectations. Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our Cambria Hotel Burbank, a modern, design-forward upscale property positioned to compete in a high-demand, urban market.

This role is both operational and strategic-requiring a strong culture leader who can elevate guest experience, drive financial performance, and serve as a visible ambassador for the hotel within the local community.

The General Manager is accountable for full property performance, including profitability, team engagement, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence, while aligning execution with ownership objectives and Twenty Four Seven Hotels performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Culture

  • Establish and communicate a clear vision aligned with Cambria brand positioning and ownership objectives
  • Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture that emphasizes service excellence, professionalism, and associate engagement
  • Serve as the culture leader and role model ensuring a guest-first mindset across all departments
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop department leaders; drive retention and internal advancement

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Oversee all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Administration
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints, ensuring strong performance on reputation platforms and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns and implement service recovery strategies
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures

Financial Performance & Asset Management

  • Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve topline and bottom-line goals
  • Drive performance in key metrics, including RevPAR Index, ADR, occupancy, and GOP margin
  • Analyze operational performance and financial data to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain disciplined cost controls, labor management, and profitability oversight

Sales, Revenue & Market Positioning

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to capture market share and drive demand
  • Leverage data, technology, and creative promotions to enhance property positioning
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, and community organizations

Community Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Serve as the public face of the hotel, representing the property in the local market
  • Establish partnerships and visibility to drive local demand and strengthen brand presence
  • Balance brand compliance with localized, entrepreneurial initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
  • Experience with lifestyle, boutique, or premium-branded hotels strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in driving financial performance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, sales strategy, and P&L oversight
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Deep understanding of competitive market dynamics and local demand drivers
  • Ability to balance brand standards with innovation and operational agility
