Join us at the brandnew LSS Neillsville Center - where hope, healing, and transformation begin. We are excited to welcome a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to our Neillsville team. As part of our comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment program for adult men, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for residents working toward sustainable recovery. This is a fulltime, benefitseligible 2nd shift position in a beautiful, newly opened facility designed to inspire growth and change. Schedule Weekdays: Monday-Friday, 3:45 PM-12:15 AM Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:30 PM (Weekend shifts are required.) What You'll Do As an essential member of our care team, you will:

Work Environment This role is active and handson. You'll be moving throughout the facility, supporting residents indoors and outdoors, and occasionally assisting with seasonal tasks like snow shoveling or yard care.
