ER&D Finance Analyst

Job Objective:

In this role you will be responsible to Control the ER&D expenses for the execution of programs approved in Product or Industrial committees. You'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of financial processes, aligning operational needs with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the monthly accounting closing, highlighting key drivers impacting results
  • Support budgeting/forecasting processes, explaining variances and proposing corrective actions
  • Ensure proper funding for new approvals within SAP system (Checkbook/WBS)
  • Validate Purchasing Requisitions according to company's guidelines
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (CPC, IFRS)
  • Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives, focusing on productivity and data reliability
  • Work closely with other areas of the business (Operative Engineering and Other Finance Groups - Accounting, FP&A, Treasury) to ensure alignment across departments


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related degree field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in forecasting
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and ERP systems
  • Advanced English is mandatory


Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA, CPA
  • Understanding of SAP software application
  • Reporting Database (Onestream, HFM, Essbase)
  • Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI
  • Automotive industry knowledge
