Description

To participate in a remote work arrangement, employees must reside in the United States. No remote work arrangement will be considered for working from outside the United States.

Requirements:



  • Hold a Master's Degree in social work from a CSWE accredited program.

  • Hold a doctorate. PhD in social work or DSW preferred.


  • Have at least two years of post-master's practice experience.
  • Hold an active and unencumbered social work license.
  • Online teaching experience is highly preferred


Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with company match. The salary range for this position is $65,210 to 90,931.

These competencies, as identified by the University's academic community, encompass the knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential to a faculty member's success in the classroom and provide the basis for the faculty hiring, evaluation and development process.

The University embraces use of technology to facilitate student access to education. Delivery of content on a Learning Management System (LMS) allows students to access learning materials as often as they need in order to master concepts. Utilization of the LMS is necessary for faculty to monitor student engagement and performance in order to provide appropriate and timely intervention. Faculty must employ technology to monitor student progress, communicate with students individually and collectively, and support students through constructive feedback and/or additional learning resources.
