Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $181,600 - $254,200 Comprehensive Benefits Package Annual Bonus Eligibility 401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Sr. Director, RGM - Category Strategy is responsible for leading the end-to-end Revenue Growth Management strategy for a defined portfolio of brands and categories, ensuring delivery of sustainable revenue, mix, and margin growth. This role owns the development of pricing, pack-price architecture (PPA), portfolio strategy, and promotional guardrails, connecting brand strategy with commercial execution. The leader defines both short-term actions and long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with AOP, financial targets, and enterprise priorities. As a key member of the RGM leadership team, this role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Planning to ensure strategies are grounded in consumer needs, channel dynamics, and value creation opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Own Category RGM Strategy Lead Pack-Price Architecture & Portfolio Strategy Define Promotional Strategy & Guardrails Connect Strategy to Financial & Commercial Processes Drive Short-Term Delivery & Long-Term Value Creation Lead Cross-Functional Alignment Build RGM Capability & Team Leadership Leadership Competencies: Situational Adaptability - Adapts approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different solutions. Drives Engagement - Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their est to help the organization achieve its objectives. Ensures Accountability - Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. Manages Complexity - Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Education and Work History: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 10-12+ years of relevant experience Strong experience in RGM, pricing, and category strategy Strong financial acumen and P&L experience Preferred qualifications: Delivery of category revenue, mix, and margin targets Strong category RGM strategy and execution Implementation of pricing, PPA, and promo frameworks Cross-functional alignment The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
