The Infrastructure Administrator II is responsible for the administration, support, and security of Interstates' IT infrastructure. This role provides advanced Tier 2 support and maintains servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. It also manages user access, patching, backups, and routine infrastructure improvements. The position works closely with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex issues and support technology initiatives. The Infrastructure Administrator II helps ensure system reliability, security, and continuity of operations.

Travel: Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements. Travel should not exceed 30% of your time. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
