Sonographer (OB/GYN) - Per Diem - San Diego

This is a casual (per-dem) position working 8-hour varied shifts. The primary schedule provides coverage every Friday, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts and cover other locations if interested in working more hours. Additional coverage may also be needed for PTO and other staffing needs.

This position is based at Scripps Clinic in Hillcrest, San Diego, and may require travel to our La Jolla sites as needed for coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate of Science Degree Certification in Ultrasound in a school that is accredited, or successful completion of a formal educational program in an AMA approved school of ultrasound with a minimum of 500 hours of clinical in the specialty required, or registered in the specialty that you are applied for by ARDMS or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) with at least 1 year of full-time experience required
• ARDMS or CCI
• OB/GYN certified

• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 + years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience
