Job Summary:
The Engineering Student Center within the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering (CoE) seeks a dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as the Student Organization & Engagement Manager. This position plays a central role in advancing student engagement, leadership development, and co-curricular learning across the College. The Student Organization & Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting nearly 70 engineering student organizations by providing guidance on organizational operations, ensuring compliance with university policies, and fostering inclusive, high-impact student experiences. The role includes overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale programs and events that enhance community, belonging, and professional development within the engineering student population.
College of Engineering, Student Engagement Compensation:The starting salary for the position is $60,000 (but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Bachelor's degree required - preferred area in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, Sociology, Psychology, STEM, or related field. Master's degree preferred - preferred area in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Sociology, Psychology, STEM, or related field.
