There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Technical Leadership Customer Engagement and Influence * Establish strong influence with customer technical leadership through consistent execution and strong technical expertise * Own and drive multiple concurrent customer engagements * Serve as the integrator between customer needs and internal capabilities Team Building Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence Preferred Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related technical field * Prior experience leading or managing technical teams, including development of technical leads or subject matter experts * Experience owning multiple concurrent programs or customer engagements in a complex environment * Strong background in optical CD, films, or other semiconductor metrology applications * Demonstrated ability to influence product or technology development based on customer needs * Experience working across global or highly matrixed organizations, driving alignment across engineering, marketing, account, and service teams Minimum Qualifications * BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field * 7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including process, metrology, or yield engineering * Demonstrated technical depth with the ability to lead resolution of complex process control or metrology challenges * Experience in customer-facing technical roles, with a track record of delivering measurable technical and business outcomes * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute complex technical programs * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and customer stakeholders Base Pay Range: $144,800.00 - $246,200.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-OR-Hillsboro-Beaverton-KLA KLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
