What You'll Do

  • Build and deepen client relationships through comprehensive financial guidance planning, onboarding, proactive communication, and high-touch service.
  • Through intentional listening and understanding the clients story and objectives, you will provide tailored solutions for your client's financial independence, legacy, charitable and estate planning.

  • Provide comprehensive solutions on investment management, tax and estate planning, exclusive cash management and financing options allowing clients to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with internal teams to open, close, and maintain accounts, including asset and cash transfers.
  • Coordinate complex financial solutions while maintaining accurate documentation and client records.
  • Work with integrity. Manage risk by following policies, regulatory requirements, and sound judgment.

How You'll Grow Relationships

  • Drive relationship development through prospecting, planning, client acquisition, and long-term growth.
  • Call on prospects, target segments, centers of influence, and referral sources to generate new business.
  • Use JFG solutions, needs assessments, and tailored recommendations to connect clients with the right partners and opportunities.
  • Strengthen client retention through trusted advice, exceptional service, sound judgment, and creative solutions.
  • Support full-service financial transactions and represent JFG through meaningful community and industry involvement.

Collaboration, Referrals and Team Partnership

  • Understand JFG solutions and identify opportunities to connect clients with the right partners.
  • Build strong internal relationships across lines of business to support referrals and a connected client experience.
  • Meet or exceed referral goals through trusted partnerships and proactive follow-through.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working with clients in a financial planning setting; a combination of appropriate education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of investment management, financial planning, and client relationship development.
  • Series 65/66 or IA equivalent required; CFP, ChFC, CPA, or other industry-specific professional designations are highly desired.
  • A relationship-first mindset, collaborative working style, and desire to make a local impact through trusted advice and community connection.
