____________________ Position Overview: The Automation and Motion Control (MCS) division of Regal Rexnord is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Engineer II to support product safety, testing, and certification efforts in Radford, Virginia. This role plays a critical part in ensuring motor and drive systems meet global regulatory standards and certification requirements, enabling reliable product performance and market access. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who thrives in a lab-based environment and brings a strong focus on testing, validation, and continuous improvement. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to support compliance activities across new and existing products, working closely with internal teams and external certification agencies. Additionally, this role supports the broader engineering organization by ensuring compliance considerations are integrated early in product development, contributing to efficient execution and high-quality outcomes. Work Type: Onsite. This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis. This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and business needs.
