Description
OVERVIEW: The Intake Specialist Case Manager supports at-risk individuals and families by conducting screenings, coordinating referrals, and helping clients access community resources. The role includes assisting with rental applications, collaborating with housing staff, and advocating on behalf of clients with landlords to promote housing stability. Additionally, the position focuses on assessing client needs and delivering high-quality case management in partnership with the social services team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelors (preferred)

*Experience with Microsoft programs (preferred)
