*Member Services Representative* *Location:* West Hills, CA 91304
*Pay:* $23.00/hr *Schedule:* Full-time (onsite) *Summary* We are seeking a *Member Services Representative* to support members and health plans through high-volume inbound calls. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a *fast-paced healthcare call center environment*, enjoy problem-solving, and deliver *empathetic, high-quality customer service*.
