Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and associated hardware/software lifecycles. Experience working with one or more of the following: Enterprise server platforms (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, Lenovo) Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) Network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless) Windows Server and Active Directory Endpoint management platforms Enterprise backup and recovery platforms Storage platforms and associated technologies Experience developing operational processes, governance frameworks, or lifecycle management programs. Experience working with infrastructure inventory, asset management, or CMDB-related initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) or industrial environments. Experience with infrastructure asset management, lifecycle management, or technology refresh programs. Experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs) and discovery platforms. Experience integrating and reconciling data across multiple infrastructure management systems. Experience supporting cybersecurity asset management or vulnerability management initiatives. Working knowledge of scripting or automation technologies including PowerShell, Python, or SQL. Experience working within Agile, SAFe, or product-based operating models.
