McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a Project Manager. A Project Manager ensures a high level of partnership, from district-level leadership to site-level administrators and teachers, that provides consistent, targeted support to make certain the implementation is done with fidelity, so the vision and goals of the district are met. The McGraw Hill Project Manager will provide 360-degree support to the administration, teachers, and students in the district. They will advise on McGraw Hill solutions as well as offering instructional guidance to be used in whole group, small group, and individualized settings. The Project Manager will divide their time between the district and their home office. This is a hybrid position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Applicants must reside in California and be able to travel up to 75% of the time. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with an end date of 7/31/2027. What you will be doing:
- Lead Goal-Setting Conversations, Conduct Site-Level Implementation Planning Meetings, and Provide Implementation Model Recommendations to support successful program adoption and long-term district success.
- Scale Program Launch Across District Sites while coordinating implementation activities and ensuring alignment with district goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Conduct Site, Class, and Grade-Level Visits to monitor implementation, identify opportunities for growth, and provide targeted support.
- Create Ongoing Communications with district and school stakeholders to ensure transparency, engagement, and consistent program execution.
- Coordinate Scheduling of Professional Learning Services Inclusive of Deliverable Sessions and support the successful delivery of professional learning experiences.
- Advise on Instructional Best Practices, Facilitate PLC and Lesson Planning, and Design Curriculum Alignments and Standards Frameworks that support high-quality instruction.
- Model Data-Driven Instruction / Small Groups, Deliver Coaching and Classroom Modeling, and Prepare Special Ed, RTI, and EL Lesson Models to support diverse learner populations.
- Maintain Project Management Portfolio, Conduct Quarterly Data Reviews, Create Customized Data Reports, and Provide Guidance in Identifying Gaps to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Analyze Data to Support Sub-Population Initiatives and Provide Coaching on Leadership Data Dashboards to inform instructional and leadership decision-making.
- Manage Administrator Onboarding, Conduct Site Walkthroughs and Needs Analyses, Develop Accountability Trackers, Share Incentive and Motivation Strategies, Host Thought Leadership Forums, and Support Community and Family Engagement.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and cross-functional teams to support account partnerships, align on key initiatives, and drive successful outcomes.
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Experience supporting program implementation, instructional coaching, professional learning, and school or district improvement initiatives.
- Experience facilitating professional development and coaching teachers, instructional leaders, and administrators.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum alignment, standards frameworks, instructional best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience analyzing educational data and creating reports that support instructional planning and student achievement.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain project portfolios, and meet deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with school and district stakeholders to support successful implementation and adoption of educational programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Zoom and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting Special Education, RTI, EL, and diverse learner populations is preferred.
- Passionate, organized, resourceful, and highly motivated to help others succeed.
- Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.
- Master's degree preferred.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
