As a Security Guard Roving Patrol in East Longmeadow, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe for maintenance or security-related issues, and report findings through required channels.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by following post orders, completing routine reports, and assisting with tenant and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
