Build a Team. Drive Results. Shape the Future.

We're seeking a Recruitment Manager to help build and scale our growing Education Staffing Division. This is a unique player-coach opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who is passionate about leadership and development but still enjoys being in the action.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and leading a team of education recruiters while maintaining your own full-cycle recruiting desk. You'll help establish the recruiting culture, train new team members, drive performance, and contribute directly to the division's growth. As the team matures, your responsibilities will evolve from primarily individual production to increased leadership and team management.

If you're a competitive, metrics-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing others, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead and Build a Recruiting Team

  • Partner with leadership to hire, onboard, and develop a team of K-12 education recruiters
  • Design and execute training and ramp-up programs that accelerate recruiter productivity
  • Establish recruiting best practices, workflows, and performance expectations
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Coach and Develop Recruiters

  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions
  • Monitor recruiter performance against established goals and key metrics
  • Provide ongoing training in sourcing, candidate engagement, qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • Recognize achievements and address performance concerns through coaching and development

Maintain an Individual Recruiting Desk

  • Source, recruit, and place education professionals nationwide
  • Build and manage a pipeline of special education, therapy, and school support professionals
  • Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
  • Negotiate compensation packages and assignment details
  • Partner with sales and credentialing teams to successfully place candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates for future opportunities

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within recruiting systems
  • Monitor team compliance with recruiting processes and standards
  • Forecast pipeline activity, production, and hiring results
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support division growth

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
  • Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, closing, and negotiating with candidates
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, training, or coaching recruiters
  • Healthcare staffing or education staffing experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Consistently achieving individual recruiting goals and production targets
  • Successfully hiring, onboarding, and developing recruiters to productivity
  • Building a high-performing recruiting team that meets headcount and revenue goals
  • Creating a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong provider relationships
  • Driving accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the team

Why Join Us?

We're building something special within our Education Staffing Division. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of the business, help shape a recruiting organization from the ground up, and develop into a larger leadership role as the division expands.

Our culture is guided by three core values:

  • Others First - Others Before Self
  • Wisdom - Do the Wise Thing
