Ecolab is seeking a
Logistics Lead to join our team in
San Bernardino, CA. As a
Logistics Lead, you'll coordinate daily warehouse logistics activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met while supporting continuous improvement and team development.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Establish standard work and support training of team members Coordinate labor and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Support shipping and receiving operations, including forklift backup when needed Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system deployments Identify and address safety hazards through audits and proactive initiatives Communicate performance concerns to the shift Team Leader Escalate maintenance, quality, and safety issues to leadership Identify opportunities to eliminate waste in systems and processes Support onboarding and training of new hires Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Other duties as assigned
Position Details: Plant Location: San Bernardino, CA Work Week & Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Compensation: $28.00 per hour What's Unique About This Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior SAP experience Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel TPM knowledge and experience Familiarity with inbound and outbound warehouse operations Basic understanding of transportation processes Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma systems Previous forklift operation experience Experience in a lead or backup lead role Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$28.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
