Previous supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, production, manufacturing, warehousing or similar industries is preferred for this position. JOB SUMMARY: The Shift Supervisor, Stand Alone Attended Donation Center (ADC), is responsible for providing high-level operational leadership across all aspects of the ADC. This role ensures the efficient and safe handling of donated goods, supervises staff, maintains customer service standards, and supports the mission of Goodwill of Colorado through effective team and task management.
