Position Summary
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program Associate will rotate through a series of assignments for about 2 years, each rotation will approximately be 6-9 months in duration. They will take a rotation as an HR Generalist for up to one year with subsequent rotations that may be within the following HR functional areas: HR Operations, Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits), HRIS, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. There is an expectation of quickly learning, synthesizing, and applying these within each rotation. Initial rotation includes on-the-job learning and performance of assigned functions as a basis towards subsequent strategic and/or project assignments in later rotations. This program is intended to give an HR professional a broad and highly concentrated experience with real responsibility where high performance is expected. Pay range for this opportunity is$68,637.50 - $72,675.This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
