Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Technology Specialist will support the Healthcare sales organization's technology needs, including usage of tools like Highspot sales enablement tool They will be the primary support for the STERIS Resource Center (SRC) and will be the system liaison with Marketing to ensure content is accessible and kept up to date. The Sales Enablement Technology Specialist will work in close collaboration with Marketing teams across all sales channels within global Healthcare, and the Healthcare Sales Training Department.

This position is responsible for administration, analysis, maintenance, and support functions of the STERIS University Online Learning Center (Saba LMS). Manage system security and implement quality controls to ensure data integrity. Subject matter expert in the architecture and the system's features and functions. Liaison between STERIS and the LMS vendor, working closely with IT, HRIS, and other training departments.

*This is a fully remote position. Qualified candidates must currently reside in the Continental United States. Location preference is within the Eastern or Central time zones due to global team management. This position requires 5% domestic travel.

What You'll Do as a Sales Enablement Technology Specialist II
  • Create and deploy training materials on how to use the STERIS Resource Center (SRC) for new hires into the Healthcare sales organization
  • Collaborate with global Marketing teams on content management in the SRC, including our annual content governance initiative
  • Support additional / advanced training needs for the SRC for existing Healthcare sales team across the globe
  • Act as central point of contact for SRC support for users globally
  • Support business/learning analysis efforts to drive enhancements to the SRC. Deliver world class solutions aligned with goals and strategies
  • Manage routine and custom reports, providing qualitative and quantitative analysis on ad-hoc basis
  • Act as a project manager for system upgrades and system enhancements
  • Create and maintain proper training materials and business documentation
  • Support the creation of our meetings app for the annual sales meeting(s)
  • Lead monthly SRC training sessions for new hires across the globe
  • Support our expansion plans for the SRC, including building spots and pages
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum 5 years work experience with sales enablement tools
  • Minimum 3 of those years in training & development
  • Experience using Highspot platform

Preferred

  • Experience working with global markets
  • Experience creating and editing training materials (text and video)
  • Project management experience is helpful
  • Currently residing in Eastern or Central Time Zone

Skills

  • Strong PC skills with Microsoft office suite of products (including, Outlooks, MS Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Demonstrated skills in business analysis, including documentation of workflows and application of documented workflows into an e-Learning system
  • Ability to learn quickly, independently and problem solve
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to organize time effectively, determines priorities, and move work forward independently
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate with cross functional team members
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, Customers, and vendors
  • Experience with AI tools in training and development
  • Strong project management skills, proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions
  • Critical thinking skills to assess reporting needs/requirements and determine appropriate solution

Pay range for this opportunity is $68,600 - $88,800.This position is eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
