What You'll Do:
  • Perform technical tests and experiments to support process engineering and development
  • Set up, operate, and maintain semiconductor processing and metrology equipment
  • Execute process runs and monitor tool performance in a cleanroom environment
  • Collect, analyze, and document data including logs, charts, and experimental results
  • Follow established procedures (BKMs) and execute instructions from engineering teams
  • Prepare tools and materials for upcoming experiments and maintain operational readiness
  • Provide technical support to engineers and assist with troubleshooting yield issues
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in semiconductor, lab, or cleanroom environment
  • Associate degree or High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and computer systems

  • Proven ability to follow detailed procedures and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working night shifts or compressed work schedules

Additional Information:
  • Permanent night shift: Wednesday-Friday with alternating Saturdays
  • Shift hours: 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM (1-hour lunch, 30 minutes paid)
  • Training schedule: 6 weeks on day shift (4:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Thurs-Sat with alternating Wed)
  • Compressed work schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next)
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs
