We are looking to add a Junior Desktop Services Technician to one of our largest clients in a contract-to-hire capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise end-user environments while building skills in modern endpoint management. This role will focus on device preparation, deployment, and day-to-day desktop support for both onsite and remote employees. Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot in an enterprise environment REQUIRED. Key Responsibilities * Build, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop devices * Support new hire onboarding, including device setup and readiness * Provide front-line support for desktop, hardware, and basic application issues * Assist with remote troubleshooting for offsite users * Support software installations, updates, and compliance checks * Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and common solutions * Coordinate with vendors for hardware and support needs Required Qualifications * Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot in an enterprise environment * Experience must go beyond basic exposure-candidates should have actively worked within these tools, including configuration, deployment, and ongoing support * Strong understanding of endpoint management processes, not just limited or occasional interaction * Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to follow established support workflows Growth Opportunity This role is designed as a development opportunity, with exposure to enterprise tools and processes and the potential to transition into a full-time Desktop Services position. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Blue Bell, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
