As a Developer, Gas Generation, you'll play a key role in developing generation projects that enable large-load customers-including data centers-to access reliable, scalable energy as part of integrated Powered Land Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of project development, infrastructure, and commercial strategy while collaborating with industry experts across engineering, development, finance, legal, construction, and commercial teams. You'll help bring complex energy projects from concept to construction and contribute to solutions that are transforming how customers access power. What You'll Do As a Developer, Gas Generation, you'll lead the development of natural gas generation projects that support integrated energy solutions for large commercial and industrial customers. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the full project lifecycle-from early-stage development through construction handoff-to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and successfully. The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $105,000 and $131,325/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave).
