HR Coordinator (HRIS Systems Tester)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Workday Payroll, Systems Tester/Coordinator

We are looking for individuals who excel in a collaborative team environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, are able to manage multiple priorities, can proactively identify and solve problems, and possess the ability to adapt to change quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize our Workday and ADP GlobalView test environments to perform thorough testing and troubleshoot system issues.
• Engage with team leads, tech partners, or HR partner groups to resolve system issues and coach on appropriate steps/procedures.
• Create and maintain job aids to assist processors with system steps and procedural guidance.
• Participate as a team member in agile pod work to enhance the PATT experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ year of Workday PATT experience
• 1+ year of payroll experience
• 1+ year of system testing
• Familiarity with SOX or internal control standards
• Proficiency with G Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of ADP GlobalView experience
• 2+ years of system administration experience
• 2+ years of process management experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
