Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital South, a full-service 180-bed facility located in south Tulsa, offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services utilizing cutting-edge technology in a welcoming community environment. As the only DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) in Oklahoma, Hillcrest South stands out for its exceptional orthopedic care. The hospital's RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high-quality training for nurses. Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment Monitor, operate, and provide routine maintenance to HVAC, Emergency Diesel Generators, Boilers, Pumps, Chillers, Cooling Towers and other equipment Perform daily inspection of power plant systems Complete work orders for a variety of structure and equipment repairs Order necessary materials for repair completion Complete all necessary paperwork upon finalization of work order Oversee and inspect the work of outside contractors Develop competence and knowledge of tools and equipment used in facility and equipment maintenance May be the only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require on call duties Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and facility directives related to building operations and work safety Job Requirements: City of Tulsa First Class Unlimited High school diploma or GED Valid Oklahoma driver's license
