Pay Rate: $14.00 - $19 per hour

Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8 AM -5 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Experience Requirements

• Previous Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, or Administrative experience preferred
• Experience processing new hire paperwork and maintaining employee records
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and applicant tracking systems preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties

• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure accurate completion of new hire documentation
• Process employee information within the Human Resources system
• Run payroll reports and assist with employee and payroll inquiries
• Post job openings internally and through external recruiting sources
• Screen applicants and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and customer inquiries
• Assist with employee relations and resolve routine concerns
• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
• Support office administration, filing, recordkeeping, and mail distribution
• Provide guidance regarding company policies and procedures
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive information
• Maintain professional communication with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
