The Growth Initiatives Coordinator will play a key role in supporting external partnerships and enterprise programs for The Campbell's Company. This role will help bring strategically aligned marketing programs to life by coordinating partner relationships, supporting negotiations, managing talent and agency conversations, and assisting with the execution of integrated marketing activations across sports, entertainment, media, fashion, lifestyle, and other emerging partnership spaces. You will work closely with external partners, agencies, talent partners, and cross-functional internal teams across brand, marketing, growth, finance, legal, and other stakeholder groups to help ensure partnership programs are strategically aligned and executed effectively. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $70,000-$96,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
