Supervisory Responsibilities: Directs the work of 20-30 craft workers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places; extreme heat (non-weather); risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with noise level in some areas high. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. Compensation and Benefits Base pay $103,000 (minimum pay) - $129,048 based on experience. Annual performance bonus target 10%.
