Schedule:Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, or a related field
• Three or more years of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Candidates with less experience and strong technical aptitude may be considered
• Foundational knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD modeling
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical components
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to solve unfamiliar technical problems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work some Fridays and Saturdays

Job Duties

• Support capital equipment installations and facility upgrades
• Develop improvements for production processes and existing machinery
• Create and update drawings using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360
• Design equipment layouts and custom replacement parts
• Digitize legacy engineering drawings
• Reverse-engineer components using measuring tools
• Learn to operate 3D scanning equipment
• Diagnose mechanical failures and reduce production downtime
• Collaborate with maintenance employees, operators, and management
• Ensure equipment modifications meet industrial safety standards
