Package Gas Driver 1 - Farmington, NM

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is a leading supplier of industrial and specialty gases and of gas handling equipment in the United States. We are seeking an ENERGETIC driver at our Farmington facility to haul high-pressure gas cylinders/liquid cylinders, welding supplies, and hard goods in a Class B Vehicle. The position requires 1 year of CDL driving experience with hazardous materials. Position duties will include material handling, loading/unloading, pushing, climbing, using electronic logs, operating a forklift, and following all safety policies. For safety purposes, cell phone policy and cameras are in all company trucks.

Requirements:
CDL Class B or A w/ hazmat endorsement
1 year of professional commercial driving experience
Hazmat handling experience
Forklift: able or willing to learn
Good driving record with no at-fault accidents in the past 2 years
Ability to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test and criminal background check

Job Overview:

Responsibilities
Operate a Class B flatbed truck to deliver goods locally while laws and safety regulations.
Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials as per Hazmat guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
