General Summary of Position: The Assistant Coach/Associate Head Coach of Men's Lacrosse assists with the organization and supervision of all aspects of the Men's Lacrosse team within the parameters designated by the university, the America East Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Essential Job Duties: 1. Assist with all aspects of student-athlete development and performance of the men's intercollegiate lacrosse program, to include: * Organizing, recruitment/evaluation of student-athletes 2. Assist with oversight of administrative functions within the men's intercollegiate lacrosse program: * Participating in conference and NCAA meetings 3. Participate in promotional and public relations to advance athletic programs by: * Providing assistance with departmental fund-raising. Promote the University's commitment to customer service by: * Build effective partnerships with co-workers throughout the University by freely sharing appropriate information and providing assistance when needed. Experience: * For Asst. Coach Level: 1-3 years successful experience coaching or playing lacrosse. Preferred Qualifications:
Special Instructions to Applicants: This is a Non-Unit, Professional position. Anticipated salary based on qualifications and experience within the specific range/level: Assistant Head Coach in grade AC4: minimum: $52,000 25th quartile: $58,500 midpoint: $65,000 Initial review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
