Position Summary

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, this role will provide recruiting services to several manufacturing or distribution sites. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with manufacturing HR Business Partners, plant leadership and front-line supervisors to manage the full life cycle recruiting for non-exempt positions. The Talent Acquisition Parter II will develop and execute tactics to source and select the best talent in the market. The TA Partner II will ensure a best-in-class experience for both candidates and customers.

*This position is home based and will need to be within a commutable distance to Mentor, Ohio OR Conroe, Texas. The TA Partner will be expected to be on-site 1-2 days per week with 10-15% travel as needed.

What you'll do as a TA Partner II:

* Take ownership of a high-volume recruiting portfolio, primarily focused on hourly and non-exempt roles within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
* Partner closely with HR and hiring leaders to gain a deep understanding of business needs, team dynamics, and role requirements. Identify the skills, experience, and attributes that drive success in each position.
* Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through a variety of channels, including networking, referrals, market research, and proactive outreach.
* Build and nurture external talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, creating strong candidate communities for both current and future hiring needs.
* Serve as a brand ambassador throughout the candidate journey, delivering an exceptional experience while showcasing the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
* Coordinate and lead hiring events, including career fairs, open houses, and community recruiting initiatives, to attract top talent, strengthen employer brand awareness, and build robust candidate pipelines.
* Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects that enhance recruiting effectiveness, support business growth, and strengthen long-term workforce planning.
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans to meet organizational goals.
* Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring an efficient, high-quality hiring process and partnering with interview teams to make timely, informed hiring decisions.

The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (4+ years preferred)
  • Experience recruiting for non-exempt, exempt and managerial roles within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
  • Experience handling high volume recruiting for multiple locations
  • Sourcing experience using online and offline channels: internet job boards, social media, Boolean searches, community outreach, school and military partnerships, and employee referral sourcing, etc.
  • Training and experience using behavioral based interview methodologies required
  • Experience with an applicant tracking systems required (SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Experience using skill and knowledge assessments required
Preferred Experience

* Ability to Influence decisions and engage in change management in a consultative manner
* Keeping the pulse on the Labor Market and keeping the greater TA team informed
* Experience using a CRM

Pay range for this opportunity is $65,000 - $88,825.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
