What You'll Do As a Senior Desktop Technician, you will:
  • Provide advanced desktop support to employees both remotely and onsite.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, peripheral, and operating system issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and related technology.
  • Support Microsoft applications, business software, and other enterprise technologies.
  • Configure and troubleshoot multimedia and audio-visual equipment, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, conference room technology, and presentation systems.
  • Document incidents, service requests, problems, and changes while ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity and TCP/IP-related issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Assist with organization-wide technology deployments, upgrades, and implementation of third-party solutions.
  • Educate and train users on software applications and technology best practices.
  • Participate in technology projects while managing priorities and meeting project timelines.
  • Promote continuous improvement, exceptional customer service, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Three (3) years of experience providing computer hardware and software support. Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, and peripheral devices. Working knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, and common operating systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, adapt to changing technologies, manage multiple priorities, and work independently as well as collaboratively. Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting technology in a healthcare environment. Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar industry-recognized credentials.
