Summary:

In this role, you will serve as the strategic analytics lead for Vizient's Nursing Programs, including the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program (NRP) and the Transition to Nursing Practice Learning Program (TTNLP). You will transform workforce, educational, and program data into actionable insights that demonstrate program value, inform strategic decision making, and advance workforce outcomes. You will collaborate across product, technology, research, and business teams to develop benchmarking, analytics, and reporting capabilities that support product innovation, AI-enabled solutions, accreditation initiatives, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analytics strategy for the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program (NRP) and Transition to Nursing Practice Learning Program (TTNLP).

  • Develop benchmarking methodologies, outcome measures, key performance indicators, and performance dashboards that demonstrate program value.

  • Define business requirements for reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions in partnership with product and technology teams.

  • Analyze workforce, educational, operational, and survey data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Evaluate opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance products and client experience.

  • Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of data, measures, and reporting across analytics platforms.

  • Translate complex analytical findings into executive-level presentations, recommendations, and data-driven storytelling.

  • Support workforce research, accreditation initiatives, publications, and dissemination of evidence demonstrating program outcomes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize analytics initiatives that support product strategy, client success, and organizational objectives.

  • Guide client education and adoption of benchmarking methodologies and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience analyzing healthcare workforce, operational, or clinical data required.

  • Experience querying data warehouses and working with large datasets required.

  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI, required.

  • Experience using SQL and one or more analytical programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS preferred.

  • Experience with predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, or machine learning applications in healthcare preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional strategy and translate business needs into analytics solutions.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
