Strategic Workflow Optimization Managerneeded for Parallon Enterprises located in Nashville, TN. Conduct design study processes including conducting studies in support of system redesign and business process reengineering, improvement and management; developing implementation plans; and supporting the process of implementing and sustaining improvements. Build automation bots to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Develop and optimize workflows for automated data processing and system integration. Conduct performance analysis on workflows, optimizing execution time and reducing manual intervention. Manage automation repositories and follow best practices for version control and deployment. Lead automation engineering team mentoring junior developers. Will use UI Path, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, Azure, Git Hub and MySQL. Position is approx. 70% technical and 30% management. Position has no direct reports. Must have a bachelors degree in computer science or engineering and 5 yrs. of overall progressive IT experience, which includes 2 yrs. of exp. in the technical skill sets and technical tasks listed in the job description.
