Senior Manager, Accounts Payable Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Salary: $115,000-$145,000 Our client, a growing publicly traded organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Accounts Payable to join its finance leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is passionate about building scalable processes, developing teams, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team, fostering accountability and continuous development. * Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution. * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and reduce errors. * Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and service level metrics. * Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and other business leaders to improve workflows. * Support organizational growth initiatives, including acquisitions, entity integrations, and future system implementations. * Analyze AP data to identify trends, improve reporting, and drive operational decisions. * Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. * 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership responsibilities. * Proven experience managing high-volume Accounts Payable operations. * Experience leading and developing teams in a multi-entity environment. * Strong process improvement and change management skills. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Public company experience. * Exposure to international Accounts Payable operations. * Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or entity integrations. * ERP implementation or system migration experience.
