Job Title: Sr. Desktop Engineer
Location: Littleton, CO
Employment Type: Temporary, 12+ months (Evergreen)
Industry: Aerospace and Defense
Compensation: $21.42/hour
Schedule: 1st shift, 9x80 (Monday-Thursday with every other Friday off)

We are seeking someone with experience providing top notch customer service troubleshooting computer issues, and offering technical support. This role will be handling infrastructure support (touch labor support for network, telecom, print, server), computer break/fix, and troubleshooting in an in-person setting.

What You'll Do:
  • Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools.
  • Support conference room and ad-hoc audio/visual technical services as needed. These services include connecting, configuring, troubleshooting, uninstalling audio/visual devices (desktop, laptops, specialized projection devices, etc.) that are used to display digital data onto screens and/or monitors.
  • Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, infrastructure, and printer support.
  • Operating system expertise with Windows
  • Provide setups and scheduling for audio visual requirements
  • Set up and configure PC's
  • Image loading protocol
  • Identify, troubleshoot, repair, align, and document failed equipment and deficiencies including basic preventive maintenance, basic installation, maintain, repair, and modify audio visual equipment to be used on video teleconferences locations or at the desktop.
  • Strong ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus)
  • Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service
  • Extensive job-related MS Office suite and outlook usage
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting
What Sets You Apart:
  • Prior experience with MacOS, Linux, Apple IOS.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
  • Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
  • Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  • Candidates must sucessfully pass an MVR screen
