What You Will Lean: As a Sourcing Indirect Manager, you will be responsible for developing, providing, and implementing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships while practicing formalized sourcing best practices. You will drive value by identifying and implementing cost-savings initiatives, improving the quality of L'Oreal's supplier base, and optimizing performance across L'Oreal USA. In this position, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. You will be expected to work in close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple departments to align sourcing goals with broader business objectives. Furthermore, you will regularly coordinate with global colleagues and worldwide category teams to leverage international expertise, ensuring the best possible value is delivered to L'Oreal USA. This role provides the opportunity to enhance invaluable business skills through training, networking, and on-the-job experience.
